Comco Plastics provides full plastics component design support for our customers. Whether the need may be for assistance during initial material selection for a new application or to reduce costs on an existing part, we have the experience and expertise to quickly and effectively answer any questions that are posed.
Comco Plastics' Rapid Prototyping System can be an invaluable tool for both developmental as well as existing projects. Because Comco is the only major North American fabricator with in-house, ISO certified plastics extrusion capability, evaluation of multiple potential material solutions is accomplished at an accelerated pace, saving significant time and cost. We are able to provide fully integrated design support throughout the manufacturing process – truly from “Pellet to Part”.
We can access customer drawings from most common engineering software applications including AutoCAD, SurfCAM, DFX, Solid Works, Alpha CAM, Master CAM, and Smart CAM. Most quote requests are filled within 24 hours of receipt.
